I really dig this site, it's quick and fantastic!

I gotta say, flyp.me is a fantastic platform for swapping various coins across different chains instantly, no account needed. I ran into a hiccup with my last coin swap, but their support team sorted me out in just about half an hour. Two small tweaks that could enhance the experience would be lowering the fees a tad and maybe extending the countdown timer a bit. Still, I'm giving it a solid 5 STARS for this great service! I made an error by sending the WBTC on the wrong chain, which Flyp.me doesn’t support. It hit me only after I noticed the converted coins hadn’t shown up. I forwarded all the transaction details to Flyp.me's support team. Within a day, I got a reply acknowledging my mistake. They informed me that their tech team would do everything they could to recover my transaction, but it’s a lengthy process since it involves moving private keys between chains. I appreciated their swift response, shared my hope for a positive outcome, and settled in for the wait. Fast forward about four weeks, and I got a message saying my payment was sent back to my wallet! I checked it and was thrilled to see it there! With this review, I want to thank Flyp.me and all the experts who helped with my issue (Ticket # 193983). I’m more than happy to keep using this service for my coin exchanges, which I do often. Now I know from firsthand experience that Flyp.me is genuinely supportive, not just in words but also when real issues arise.

I made a purchase at their listed rate. After that, they refused it and only returned 75% of my cash. I'm not clear if this is a flat-rate deal or just 75% of the transaction, but I lost out on $12. I wouldn't suggest using them.

I've been trading some coins on flyp.me that you don't usually see on other platforms. No issues here. I've made quite a few small transactions over the years (under $150 each). I reckon some folks might get blocked by this platform, as it asks for precise amounts—if that's the case, I'd suggest checking out the Guarda web wallet, which allows you to add or leave out the miner or gas fee. Happy to see they've introduced new coins and tokens lately.

I hate to say it, but I gotta share this not-so-great experience, even though I’ve always felt good about using flyp.me. I mistakenly sent some ether to a closed trade, and that was on me. Support assured me they could get my Ether back. Fast forward nearly three weeks, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. All I keep hearing is that it’ll be sorted out the next day, but nothing’s changed. I’m left wondering if they’re actually trying or if they just can’t be bothered to recover my ether as time drags on without any updates.

But hey, they finally managed to get my funds back, so I’m updating my review. Maybe they were just swamped with requests due to the Ether’s All Time Highs. I’ll definitely give flyp.me another shot next time.

I've run into some quirks or problems a few times while converting coin, but it wasn't the site's fault. The last time, I flipped twice and lost both amounts. Support figured out what was wrong (turns out I needed to upgrade my wallet, and there were system-wide issues with the coin) and managed to recover it. Honestly, I've had my coin retrieved more than once. The support team here is quick and knows their stuff. If there's a way to get it back, they will.

I messed up and sent my ethereum from a smart contract to flyp.me. Sadly, the system isn’t set up to deal with transactions from smart contracts. Not long after, I noticed that I didn’t include a refund address, so I reached out to support via telegram and email. Within a day, I received a complete refund of my ethereum in my main wallet. I then exchanged my eth without any issues. Quick and dependable. Totally recommend it!
